Squad Organization

I have fireteams assigned and everyone knows their role.

I have a Radio Operator assigned and they are equipped and ready. My Radio Operator knows how to deploy Rally Points (RP) and understands:

RP must be checked and redeployed regularly.
A deployed RP should never be forgotten.
RP should be redeployed at least once every 10 minutes or whenever the squad relocates.

I know my squad composition, strengths, limitations, and available assets.

Mission Awareness

I know my task, objectives, and priorities. I know the tasks and locations of other squads so I understand the overall operation. I know who is responsible for MHQ operations. If unclear, I will ask. I understand the current command structure and who I report to.

Command & Control

I know where every member of my squad is, or my fireteam leaders are tracking their teams. My fireteam leaders know their responsibilities and are ready to make decisions when needed. I maintain squad cohesion — my squad moves, fights, and regroups together. I am responsible for keeping my squad supplied, reinforced, and combat-ready. I communicate important information clearly:

Enemy positions
Squad status
Casualties
Ammo shortages
Movement plans
Support requests

Game Systems Knowledge

I understand how the Prisoner of War system works and how my team benefits from it. I understand how Radar Stations work. I understand how Rally Points, MHQ, supplies, and logistics work.

Engagement & Coordination

I sync with friendly forces before planned major engagements. I request support when needed instead of waiting until the situation collapses. I update command when:

Taking contact
Losing an objective
Capturing an objective
Changing plans
Needing resources

Movement & Combat Readiness

Before moving, I have a plan:

Destination
Route
Action if contact is made

I have a casualty plan:

Who handles wounded
Where to regroup
When to fall back

I understand when to hold, push, retreat, or request reinforcement. I do not abandon captured territory without informing command.

Leadership Mindset

I take initiative and make decisions instead of waiting for perfect information. If I have questions or problems, I clearly communicate them to my commander or team members. I do not expect others to guess that I need help. I am responsible for my squad's effectiveness and communication.
